JUDGING CRITERIA AND AWARDS

        The Rotary Four Way Test:

          1.  Is it the truth?  2.  Is it fair to all concerned?  3.  Will it build goodwill and better friendships?  4.  Will it be beneficial to all concerned?

  Winners will be posted on this website and on the door of the West Pasco Chamber of Commerce as soon after the event as practicable.  Winners are invited to attend the New Port Richey Rotary meeting held on Wednesday at noon at the Spartan Manor to receive their prizes.  The exact date will be posted on this website after the parade.  Winners will receive written notice at the address listed on their respective parade application form.

SUBJECTIVE  Criteria: Judges will apply:

1. Design:  originality,  ingenuity

2. Spirit: Liveliness,  humor

3. Theme

4. Decoration, artwork

5. Overall appearance and impression
